Service commitment

Each project or service engagement begins with a planning and coordination phase that may include scheduling, travel preparation, and administrative tasks. Our services are typically delivered on-site and involve detailed data collection and reporting.

refund policy

At True North Retail Solutions, all sales and service agreements are final once work has commenced. This includes:

1. Travel to the service location

2. Any part of the service delivery (e.g., reporting, consultation, or communication of findings)

We do not offer refunds for services once any portion has been initiated.

Service Quality & Exceptions

While refunds are not standard, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional service. If you believe an error was made on our part, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will promptly review the concern and, if appropriate, offer:

1. Corrections or revisions to the service deliverables, or

2. A partial refund at our discretion if a legitimate service error is confirmed

Please note:

1. Refunds will not be issued for issues outside our control (e.g., denied store access, client delays, or post-service changes)

2. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered

3. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and prevent misuse

Our goal is to resolve any issues with professionalism, transparency, and a strong commitment to your satisfaction.

Cancellation policy

We understand plans can change. To help manage this fairly:

1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge.

1. Cancellations made within 24 of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service cost, to cover administrative and planning efforts.

3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are non-refundable.

pilot service cancellation fee

Our pilot services are free of charge as a limited-time opportunity to demonstrate the value we bring. However, due to the dedicated time and resources involved in planning and execution, last minute cancellations may result in a nominal cancellation fee to cover incurred costs.

We encourage timely communication if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can accommodate your needs and maximize the benefit of the pilot.

rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your service, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

no show policy

If our team arrives at the agreed location and is unable to complete the service due to lack of access, unavailability of the contact person, or other preventable circumstances, the service will be considered rendered, and no refund will be issued.
