We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your pilot service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee which depends on time, preparation time, and other factors.
If our team arrives at a scheduled location and is unable to complete the pilot due to lack of access, absence of required personnel, or unresponsiveness, a no-show fee of may be applied.
Repeat no-shows may disqualify your business from further pilot eligibility.
Our pilot program is limited in scope and duration. It is intended for demonstration purposes only and does not include full-service execution unless otherwise stated. Any corrective work, in-depth consulting, or ongoing monitoring outside of the pilot scope may require a paid engagement.
Limitation is 1 department per location & maximum of 100 products.
Pilot services are available to qualified businesses based on service area, scheduling availability, and operational fit. We reserve the right to approve or deny pilot requests at our discretion.
Clients must ensure our team has access to the necessary store areas, systems, and contacts on the day of service. Failure to provide access may result in delays, service cancellation, or additional fees.
All data collected during the pilot will be treated as confidential. We do not share or disclose findings with third parties without permission.
Our pilot services are available within a 50 km radius of our operational base at no additional cost.
If your location exceeds this distance, a travel fee will apply, calculated based on distance, accessibility, and service requirements. Any applicable fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to scheduling.
